Offer available to business customers with an annual spend of $4,000–$250,000, excluding Verizon Wireless services. Offer good to business customers from 7/1/09 – 12/27/09. Please check with your Verizon Sales Representative to confirm availability in your state.. To qualify for the rebate, the FiOS activation fee must be $19.99 or less. This promotion can be combined with the Verizon FiOS Internet for Business rebate. Customers will receive a notification once the FiOS service has been installed. Customers must respond to that notice and complete the rebate process online and before the expiration date in order to receive the rebate.
