Overview
Verizon Online Backup is a software-based service that automatically backs up your PC data for added protection against system crashes, known viruses, physical damage and theft. The backup software can be downloaded onto multiple computers to provide each office PC with its own backup file selection. Backup storage is behind the Verizon firewall and uses the same security protocols Verizon relies on to protect its own assets.
Verizon Online Sharing lets you manually upload and download files and folders to your own private online vault. Whether you’re at the office or on the road, you can share files, photos, videos and more without the problems associated with large email attachments. You, and any others you designate, can access your files using any PC with an Internet connection, making it easy to collaborate with clients, partners, suppliers and employees. You no longer need to rely on email or other less secure options for sharing important business information.

Automatic Online Backup
Online copies of your files and folders are automatically stored in remote data centers, making restoration possible in the event of a loss.

File and Folder Operations
Files and folders provide a view of your information, much like it appears in Windows® Explorer. Simple navigation makes it easy to move, copy and rename files, so you can stay organized.

Smart Folders
Photo albums provide a way to organize and share your photos. Photo albums can be viewed right from Verizon Online Backup & Sharing.

Sharing features provide ways to individualize guest user file and folder access capabilities.
With Online Sharing, you can:
- Secure Web-based access (129-bit secure sockets layer (SSL))
- Assign individual user names and passwords to guest accounts
- Grant guest users “download” permission
- Grant guest users “upload” permission
- Set upload quotas for guest users
- Grant guest users “rename file or folder” permission

Share via Emailed Link
Sharing via Emailed Link provides a simple way to alert your business associates, employees and others that you are sharing files with them. Large files can be shared without the typical size limitations imposed by email systems.
Emailed Link lets you:
- Email secure links to files
- Set expiration date on email links
- Set user-controlled download limits
Contact Manager
Contact Manager holds a list of people whom you allow to share your files, videos or pictures. It simplifies the process of sharing to a few clicks.

Represents up to one pickup truck of printed documents and files.
5 GB
Represents up to five pickup trucks of printed documents and files.
10 GB
Represents up to 10 pickup trucks of printed documents and files.

Represents up to 25 pickup trucks of printed documents and files.
50 GB
Represents up to 50 pickup trucks of printed documents and files.
