Hosted IP Centrex is designed for customers that want all the features of an IP-based private branch exchange (PBX) without the associated capital, lease or maintenance costs. All the PBX functionality - a full suite of features and routing intelligence - resides in the Verizon network.
Hosted IP Centrex is ideal for customers moving to or establishing a new location, or simply looking to replace an outdated PBX. A complete turnkey solution, this Verizon voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) package includes design, installation and ongoing maintenance and is intended for business locations of all sizes.

Long Distance
Outbound long distance voice and fax services include unlimited direct-dial calling within the 50 U.S. states.
Local
Outbound local voice and fax services include unlimited local area calling, plus:
- Directory Assistance and Operator Services (extra charges apply)
- Directory listing
- Enhanced 911 services access
- Local number management
- 900 / 976 blocking
Optional inbound feature available via Virtual FX / EFX.
