Because the customer retains their existing Key Telephone system and telephones, this means:

• No additional desktop or Key system equipment is required for most customers.
• There is little or no disruption to services because there is no equipment changeover.
• There is no need to retrain employees on basic calling features or functions.
• Customers can migrate to more robust Verizon VoIP services at their own pace.
• Familiar features and provisioning processes enable a seamless migration to VoIP.

Access Options

IP Flexible T1 uses Internet Dedicated Access (IDA) 1.5 Mbps access to connect to the Verizon IP backbone.

Availability

IP Flexible T1 is available in 350+ Metropolitan Service Areas (MSAs) with Verizon Business' Local and Long Distance voice package.
