The Verizon Medium Business National Service Advocacy Team is a group of eight specialists who handle chronic repair and repair escalation requests for Verizon and Verizon Business products and services.* Since its formation in 2006, the team has helped hundreds of midsized businesses bring troublesome repair problems to resolution.

For a Medium Business customer, obtaining the assistance of a National Service Advocate is an easy process. Simply open a trouble ticket with Verizon Repair and provide that information to your dedicated Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Verizon Partner Account Team member. Once your Verizon contact receives notice of the problem, they’ll engage a National Service Advocate, who'll quickly contact you to offer assistance.
